Whether a household name or a new startup, every business owner wants to know how their customers interract with their social media page and their website. Below are research reports of local businesses and non profit's social media page , their company website and how the two interact. These presenatations provide info on what the business is doing right, what is missing and the impact of implementing the changes on their ROI. The results of the presentations come from user interviews I conducted via Zoom from various demographics, condensed the qualitative data to make quantitiative actionable recommendation. Businesses who took the suggested recommendations had noticable increase in social media to company website conversion.
